What an amazing turn out! Expression Through Dance has more then doubled its number of students since the 2009 summer semester! Way to go!
We would like to thank all studets and parents who participated and performed in our first annual "Christmas Spectacular" held Dec, 19th 2009.
What an outstanding performance!
Ms. Brandi and Ms. Jennifer are extremely excited to get started preparing for our appearance in the
River Raisin Parade, and our annual Saturday, River Raisin Festival performance!
We would like to thank all of the students and parents for joining our ETD Team! We are very much looking forward to a fantastic year, and hope we have all of our wonderful students return for our 2010 Spring/Summer semester!

2010 Spring/Summer Split Semester
ETD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY NEW STUDENTS FOR THE UPCOMING SEMESTER AFTER FEBRUARY 11TH, 2010.
CLASS REGISTRATION FEE:
$10.00 per person (one time fee)
Late Registration: subject to $5.00 late fee.
CLASS MONTHLY TUITION:
$25.00 per person
ADDITIONAL CLASS:
$18.00 per person
COUPLES COMBINATION MONTHLY TUITION:
$40.00 per couple
Registration fee, first months tuition and youth shoe/dancewear purchase are due upon registration.

ALL Ballet & Tap Combo's
Both classes will begin with a short warm-up. Basic ballet and tap movement.
Ballet: positions of the feet & arms, plie', grand plie', tendu, developpe'; footwork at bar and on floor.
Tap: flap, heel, dig, chug, tap-jack, shuffle-step, march, stomp.
SHOES: Pink ballet shoes; Black youth tap shoes; (order at studio)
DANCEWEAR: *Black or Pink leotard; *White or Pink tights.
(*recommended color)
ALL Interpretive & Tap
Both classes will begin with a short warm-up. Basic tap movement including but not limited to; flap, heel, dig, chug, tap-jack, shuffle-step, march, stomp, timestep, shuffle hop-step, flap ball-change, toe-heel. Interpretive dance touches on a variety of styles; jazz, lyrical, hiphop and modern. Learning the basics of jazz, including turns, pivit, chasse and more.
SHOES: Black Tutto Nero Jazz sneakers;
Black tap shoes (order both at studio)
DANCEWEAR: Any appropriate clothing you can move easily in.
ALL Musical Theater classes
Full of Fun! In this class you will learn the basics of vocals, dance and live performance. In addition to performing, you will learn the many need-to-know keywords around a theater, how to audition, and how to know your way around the stage. You will also get to know important and influential people from both stage & screen, and a little history of the different types of theaters and genres.
SHOES: Black jazz shoes (order at studio)
DANCEWEAR: Any appropriate clothing you can move in easily.
Adult Jazz [for mama's]
Beginning with a light warm-up/stretch, this class will further explore a variety of dance styles such as disco, modern, jazz, fosse and swing.
SHOES: Black jazz shoes (order at studio)

Adult Couples Combo
Beginning with a light warm-up, this class will further explore a variety of dance styles to choose from; such as ballroom, swing, Cha-Cha, Disco, Modern, country stomp and jazz.
SHOES: Women: Black character shoes (order at studio)
Men: Black dress shoes
DANCEWEAR: Any appropriate clothing you can move in easily.
